2017 Pampered & Prayers Tea Part Fashion Show
News for April 2018

From the fullness of His grace we have all received one blessing after another." John 1:16

Operation Help/Hope is working closely with our Monday Night Ministry and women's jail ministry. Thank you Tammy Johnson for caring and sharing.  Several have benefited from "shopping" at our site. It is a blessing we can help encourage others.

Request from AES for boy's size 10 S jeans provided. Shared with the Konneheta women's club our OHH ministries.

Pampering & Prayers met with 7 girls and 4 Sisters in Christ. After a time of sharing and prayer we took Easter gifts to 23 residents at Carolina Rest Home. One of our girls shared how she spoke at her church and then blessed our food with such a moving prayer. Afterward girls took home personal hygiene items and food.  We met  two of our new girls moms and showed them our site and what we do doing our time together.  Comment was made how grateful they were for this ministry.  Request from AHS for hairstyle for one of our girls going to the prom- provided. Her mom stated "I love what Pampering & Prayers is doing to help my girl".  Two of our girls attended HOSHA in Greensboro-provided $20 each girl as a sponsor.  Five from Pampering & Prayers went to movie I Can Only Imagine courtesy of our church. Welcome bag to AHS for a girl interested in joining us. It is a blessing AFBC provides us a comfortable, spacious space to bless others at and through our site in White's Plaza.

When our Sysco order came in, Robert said these ladies were a blessing, Faye Parker, Dianne West and Jean Higdon. Manna had an abundant food supply this past month making it possible to double our bags one week; making our total number for the month 1310 and year to date 6406 bags.  Candy treat bags for AES.  Words are not adequate for our faithful silent packers but we do say THANK YOU! What a blessing you are.
